We would kindly request you to carefully take note of the following guidelines and recommendations. This site is intended to facilitate your ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL application process. As ISLAND INVESTMENT maintains an internal applicant and customer ranking system you will be able to profit from the endeavour of the following guidelines:

REGISTRATION AND E-APPLICATION: The initial step for any applicant would be the ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL HOLDING Registration. Even though this is not obligatory - it does facilitate the procedure. After the registration the applicant will automatically be transferred to the E-APPLICATION FORM

ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL OFFER: The initial offering will be in two steps. Applicants shall first receive a CON “Conceptual Term Sheet” for information. Upon agreement ISLAND INVESTMENT shall formally submit their firm INO “Initial Offer and Term Sheet” upon which receipt the Applicant is invited to transfer the according SBF “Security Bidding Fee” to have the INO operative.

GENERAL ADVICE: Procedures are limited to certain time frames. The failure to comply with the given procedure in form or content or even lack of communication can negatively affect the applicant's ISLAND INVESTMENT internal ranking. We would therefore kindly advise you to check your documentation and personal availability before actually entering the main procedure.

COMMISSIONS: We would like to inform you that ISLAND INVESTMENT will principally not execute any brokerage commissions and/or issue any so-called "NCNDA" statements unless agreed upon otherwise. Should any ISLAND INVESTMENT assistance be required in this respect the applicant will be charged with a filing fee plus the according local VAT. Please see page: Commission (NCNDA).

UNCALLED OFFERS: ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL will, unfortunately, not consider any unsolicited submissions of so-called "Letter of Intent's" (LOI) or uncalled offers.

PUBLIC TENDERS: Tender inquiries are only acceptable if routed through the consultancy of a ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL licensed (energy) tender broker. Please consult ISLAND INVESTMENT OIL for your further guidance in this respect. Thank you.

FINAL: As all forwarded documentation is subject to the verification and approval by ISLAND INVESTMENT, we would also like to state that we will not consider any applications or applicants that do not meet the high ethical standard of the ISLAND INVESTMENT Group.
